Battle Born Clothing has engraved leather patches in-house since 2020 on an OMTech 80-watt CO2 laser. Patches are heat-bonded with our own process on a two-platen hat press, or sewn on request. We aim to be the top leather patch hat maker in the USA.

**Is there a minimum on leather patch hats?** No hard minimum. 1-23 hats are priced at $8.00 per patch plus the blank.

**Are the patches glued or sewn?** Heat-bonded with our own process by default. Sewn is available for $4 to $6 more per hat.
